Sono usati per stimolare il sistema immunitario, controllare la crescita delle cellule tumorali o per superare gli effetti collaterali del trattamento. <\/p><p>Poich\u00e9 si tratta di trattamenti pi\u00f9 recenti, le informazioni sugli effetti collaterali delle terapie farmacologiche mirate sono ancora in fase di studio e non \u00e8 ancora noto esattamente quale effetto abbiano sulla fertilit\u00e0.<\/p><p>Sono disponibili molte diverse terapie farmacologiche mirate, utilizzate in molti tumori diversi. I gruppi principali sono: <\/p><ul><li>Anticorpi monoclonali. Questi farmaci si attaccano alle cellule tumorali per impedire loro di crescere. <\/li><li>Inibitori della crescita del cancro. Questi farmaci bloccano i segnali chimici che aiutano le cellule tumorali a crescere. <\/li><\/ul><p>Trastuzumab (Herceptin) e Pertuzumab (Perjeta) sono anticorpi monoclonali usati principalmente per curare donne col cancro al seno.
