A volte eliminare il cancro significa eliminare la parte del corpo in cui il cancro \u00e8 cresciuto. Le donne che hanno bisogno della chirurgia per trattare un cancro che influisce sul funzionamento della cervice o dell\u2019utero, potrebbero riscontrare problemi di fertilit\u00e0. L\u2019effetto dipende dal tipo di cancro che hai.   <\/p><ul><li>Alcune chirurgie all\u2019addome possono causare cicatrizzazioni alle tube di Falloppio. Questo potrebbe bloccare gli ovuli e, di conseguenza, non consentire loro di essere fecondati. <\/li><li>La rimozione dell\u2019utero pu\u00f2 impedire a una donna di poter rimanere incinta.<\/li><li>Se le ovaie vengono rimosse chirurgicamente (ovariectomia), una donna non pu\u00f2 rimanere incinta utilizzando i propri ovuli (a meno che il tessuto ovarico non sia congelato al momento dell\u2019intervento).<\/li><li>Alcuni organi riproduttivi femminili possono essere rimossi durante un intervento chirurgico.
