Elle peut \u00eatre administr\u00e9e en externe, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une machine dirigeant des rayons invisibles vers le corps, ou en interne, \u00e0 travers de minuscules implants radioactifs dans le corps (curieth\u00e9rapie). L\u2019effet de la radioth\u00e9rapie au niveau de la fertilit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend de sa localisation (proximit\u00e9 des ovaires, de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus ou du cerveau) et de la dose administr\u00e9e.  <\/p><ul><li>Des doses de radiation \u00e9lev\u00e9e sur les ovaires peuvent d\u00e9truire les ovules restants \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et entra\u00eener une insuffisance ovarienne pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e ou m\u00eame une m\u00e9nopause pr\u00e9coce.<\/li><li>Le traitement affectant l\u2019ut\u00e9rus peut provoquer de futures fausses couches, des naissances pr\u00e9matur\u00e9es et des enfants de faible poids \u00e0 la naissance.<\/li><li>Si la radioth\u00e9rapie est administr\u00e9e au cerveau, elle peut affecter l\u2019hypophyse. Cela peut interf\u00e9rer avec les signaux hormonaux n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des ovules qui restent dans l\u2019ovaire. <\/li><\/ul><p>Les femmes qui con\u00e7oivent \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un traitement ayant expos\u00e9 leur ut\u00e9rus \u00e0 la radioth\u00e9rapie sont beaucoup plus susceptibles de faire une fausse couche ou d\u2019avoir une naissance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e par rapport aux femmes qui n\u2019ont pas subi de radioth\u00e9rapie sur l\u2019ut\u00e9rus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element traitements anticanc\u00e9reux peuvent affecter la fertilit\u00e9 en :<\/h3><ul><li>Endommageant ou diminuant le nombre d\u2019ovules contenus dans les ovaires.<\/li><li>Endommageant une partie du corps qui contr\u00f4le les hormones en lien avec la fertilit\u00e9 f\u00e9minine.<\/li><li>Endommageant ou retirant une partie du syst\u00e8me reproducteur f\u00e9minin.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les effets des traitements anticanc\u00e9reux sur la fertilit\u00e9 d\u00e9pendent de votre type de cancer, ainsi que du traitement que vous suivez.<\/p><p>Les femmes qui suivent un traitement anticanc\u00e9reux n&rsquo;auront pas toutes de probl\u00e8mes de fertilit\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
