Parfois, \u00e9liminer le cancer signifie \u00e9liminer la partie du corps dans laquelle le cancer s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Les femmes qui ont besoin d\u2019une intervention chirurgicale pour traiter un cancer affectant les ovaires, le col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus ou l\u2019ut\u00e9rus peuvent \u00eatre confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de fertilit\u00e9. L\u2019effet de l\u2019op\u00e9ration sur la fertilit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend du votre type de cancer.   <\/p><ul><li>Certaines interventions chirurgicales de l\u2019abdomen peuvent provoquer des cicatrices sur les trompes de Fallope. Celles-ci peuvent bloquer les ovules qui migrent pour rencontrer le sperme. <\/li><li>L\u2019ablation de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus au cours d\u2019une hyst\u00e9rectomie emp\u00eache la femme de concevoir.<\/li><li>Si les ovaires sont enlev\u00e9s chirurgicalement (ovariectomie), une femme ne peut pas concevoir avec ses propres ovules (\u00e0 moins que le tissu ovarien ne soit congel\u00e9 au moment de la chirurgie).<\/li><li>Certains organes reproducteurs f\u00e9minins peuvent \u00eatre retir\u00e9s pendant la chirurgie, ceci afin de traiter d\u2019autres cancers abdominaux, comme le cancer de la vessie, qui peuvent se propager dans l\u2019abdomen. <\/li><li>La chirurgie du cerveau pour les tumeurs c\u00e9r\u00e9brales peut endommager l\u2019hypophyse. L\u2019hypophyse produit les hormones impliqu\u00e9es dans la production d\u2019ovules. Les femmes dont l\u2019hypophyse est endommag\u00e9e peuvent ne pas \u00eatre en mesure d\u2019\u00e9mettre les signaux n\u00e9cessaires pour utiliser les ovules qui restent dans leurs ovaires. syst\u00e8me reproducteur f\u00e9minin.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les effets des traitements anticanc\u00e9reux sur la fertilit\u00e9 d\u00e9pendent de votre type de cancer, ainsi que du traitement que vous suivez.<\/p><p>Les femmes qui suivent un traitement anticanc\u00e9reux n&rsquo;auront pas toutes de probl\u00e8mes de fertilit\u00e9
