Suele provocar efectos secundarios en las c\u00e9lulas sanas del organismo y puede afectar a la fertilidad de la mujer. Esto puede da\u00f1ar los ovarios y reducir el n\u00famero de \u00f3vulos (reserva ov\u00e1rica).  <\/p><p>El efecto de la quimioterapia en la fertilidad depender\u00e1 de:<\/p><ul><li>El tipo de
