Los principales grupos son : <\/p><ul><li>Anticuerpos monoclonales : Estos f\u00e1rmacos se adhieren a las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas para impedir su crecimiento. <\/li><li>Inhibidores del crecimiento del c\u00e1ncer. Estos f\u00e1rmacos bloquean las se\u00f1ales qu\u00edmicas que ayudan a las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas a crecer. <\/li><\/ul><p>El trastuzumab (Herceptin) y el pertuzumab (Perjeta) son anticuerpos monoclonales utilizados principalmente para tratar a algunas mujeres con c\u00e1ncer de mama. Hay menos informaci\u00f3n disponible sobre sus efectos en el sistema reproductivo y el desarrollo infantil. <\/p><p>Si parte de tu tratamiento implica una terapia hormonal, se te aconsejar\u00e1 que no te quedes embarazada durante el tratamiento y durante alg\u00fan tiempo despu\u00e9s.
